follow up nursing question to child abuse

Abuse puts a child in a vulnerable position and in this situation we are required to report this abuse to the Child Abuse Reporting Center. Eliminating “yes” and “no” questions is essential to get a more detailed picture of the current situation like you stated.

Class, suppose the child does not speak during the interview and information cannot be obtained. What strategies would be implemented in order to obtain more information? Ideas?
